Pan-African AI Talent connects vetted African AI professionals with global employers, and also runs its own internal projects that talent can be staffed onto before a direct hire is agreed.
There are three kinds of accounts on the platform:
- Talent: AI professionals who upload a CV, get manually vetted into a tier, and become discoverable to subscribed companies.
- Companies / Recruiters: organisations that subscribe to a plan (Starter, Growth, or Enterprise), discover talent, post jobs, and hire.
- Staff: the internal team that vets talent, manages companies and billing, runs projects, and configures who on the team can do what.
