Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

Pan African AI Talent (the "Platform") is operated by Pan African AI Summit and Corporate Training Ltd, a company based in Accra, Ghana ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Pan African AI Talent is a verified talent network connecting African AI professionals with employers. We manually review and tier-rate talent submissions and give recruiters tools to search, filter, and contact candidates. We do not guarantee that any talent profile will be hired, or that any recruiter will find a suitable candidate — the Platform facilitates introductions; it does not make hiring decisions on behalf of either party.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Platform. Information you submit must be accurate and kept up to date.

4. Talent Accounts & Vetting

• Submitting a CV requires a one time, non refundable verification fee (currently GH₵99), payable before your submission enters the vetting queue.
• Our team manually reviews every submission, typically within 72 hours, and assigns a tier (Tier 1, 2, or 3) at our sole discretion based on the information provided.
• Approval, tier assignment, and profile visibility are not guarantees of employment, interviews, or income.
• We may decline or remove a profile that contains inaccurate, misleading, or inappropriate information.

5. Recruiter & Company Accounts

• Access to the Platform requires payment of a one time join fee for your selected tier: Startup (GH₵49, covers 2 hires), Growth (GH₵129, covers 5 hires), or Hiring Teams (GH₵179, covers 12 hires).
• A hire counts toward your tier when a hire agreement with a talent reaches the accepted or active stage on the Platform.
• When your tier's hire allowance is used up, your subscription expires and your access is suspended until you renew by paying the join fee again.
• There is no free trial. Access is granted only once payment has been confirmed.
• Unlocking a specific talent profile's full CV and contact details may require a one time unlock fee, charged once per company talent pair.
• Every role posted must display a salary range — roles without one are not permitted.

6. Fees & Payments

All payments are processed through Paystack in the currency shown at checkout. Fees are non refundable except where required by applicable law. We may change our fees prospectively; changes won't apply to payments already made.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, harvest, or bulk export data from the Platform outside its intended use.
• Misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or company.
• Harass, discriminate against, or mistreat other users.
• Use contact details obtained through the Platform for purposes unrelated to legitimate hiring.
• Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with the Platform's security or normal operation.

8. Intellectual Property

The Platform's design, branding, and content (excluding user submitted profiles and files) belong to Pan African AI Talent and may not be copied or reused without permission. You retain ownership of the content you submit, and grant us a license to display it on the Platform for its intended purpose.

9. Third Party Services

We rely on third party providers — including Paystack for payments and Amazon Web Services for file storage — to operate the Platform. Your use of those services through us is also subject to their own terms. See our Privacy Policy for more.

10. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant the accuracy of any talent profile or job posting, or that any hiring outcome will result from using the Platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pan African AI Talent will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including hiring or employment outcomes.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms. You may stop using the Platform, or request account deletion, at any time by contacting us.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
